I lived here when it was called Farm Road Condominiums.
Most of the place was rented as apartments. But they were still trying to sell them as Condo?s. Glad I never bought. The apartments
Are huge. (Living room anyway) All have balconies, the ones on the Inside face the courtyard and the 3 count them 3 pools. The place is electric Everything including heat and in the winter is very expensive. The walls are paper Thin. You can hear your neighbors every move. As my luck would have it. My next-door neighbor liked to beat his girlfriend every night, Forcing me to call
the cops many times. The girl I was dating at the time also lived in the complex.
Her upstairs neighbor drank himself to sleep every night until the one night he fell
Asleep smoking and burned himself and his apartment to death. My girlfriend?s apartment Was rendered useless for over a month. Even though she could not live
They?re the management refused to give her money back for that month and did nothing More then suck up the water out of the carpet that stunk like smoke always afterwards. They didn?t even re-paint?. Management was friendly as long as you paid your rent and never complained. I was paying top dollar for a kitchen that had miss matching drawers. Old appliances and a floor coming up. They refused to fix or replace any of that. Oh and if you wanted to buy it as a condo it was as is. I?ve never seen a kitchen with non-matching drawers before. It?s like they found some old ones someplace that fit in the track and that?s what you got. Lot?s of young people so expect lots of noise. Nice Grounds! Don?t know If it?s better as Princeton Green but I doubt it.
