Nice location

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Location: good if you have a local commute, its still 8 minutes minumum from I495. Rt 20 takes you to I95 in less than 20 minutes though, and Boston under 40. Lots of restaurants, stores around.
Management: Friendly. Average response time for general maintenance is 2 days - but they do a nice job.
Rents: A little pricey. They keep increasing after each year. Even in the economic slump they wouldn't lower them much.
Lease terms: 1 year. Hard to negotiate month to month even after a year.
Condition: Average biege carpets. Some apartments have been renovated - they have nice white European kitchens, new appls, very good large white bath. Some others are old wood color kitchens, old appls. Walls are thin, and floors easily carry noise (even people walking softly)
Very nicely maintained grounds, ample unassigned parking, nice impressive building lobby, 3 pools, usually only 2 open early summer and the 3rd would open late. Aptts facing Farm Road are noisy with windows open.
Broadband access: Good Cable modem service, not very close to CO, DSL available but slow.
