Lived here for 3 months so far

I have been living in a furnished apt for about 3 months and I can say that the grounds are nice, having 3 pools that a kept relatively clean is very convenient in the summer, and the management/maintenance are also nice and prompt enough. The neighborhood is not really a neighborhood at all because of all the stores and walgreens that surround the place. It is right off of rt 20 and about 5-6 mins from a stop and shop and 495/290. There is a mix of ethnicities from Caucasian, to Brazilian, to Indian, to Asian, to --------American living in the apts that I have seen so far which can create interesting smells in the halls. Laundry room is kept fairly clean with all working machines; although you need bills to put on a card in order to use the machines which can be annoying if you don't carry cash. Heat and water are the utilities paid for in the rent and the heat is electric. Their record keeping could be better as far as what you have paid for your rent, but this could be a unique problem that I have only had. Parking is not an issue. Taking your garbage out means walking to the dumpsters about 200ft away (this might be a problem for the elderly). The carpeting that was in my room was nice enough and clean. The internet provided by comcast was the fastest I've ever had which was nice. The only real complaint I have is the smell of the room that just won't go away; as I was told by the management, many Indian people rent here and it would seem that they have a very unique smell (maybe not them but their food) and certain apts are never cleansed of it. The smell is not overpowering, but merely sometimes annoying and most noticeable when guests come over. I fix that issue by burning incense. Overall, this place is pretty nice, home to all ages and ethnicities, conveniently located, and competitively priced. The furnished ran me $1450 for a 3 month lease and if you want to rent one month, its a bit steep at $1600 although it comes with internet, heating, water, electricity, weekly cleaning by some lady cleaners (bring new towels and sheets every week too), tables, lamps, alarm clocks, pots, pans, silverware and more. The apt did feel and look like a hotel (the furnished did anyway). Hope this helps someone
As far as the SUPER SUPER SUPER commentary is concerned below, that MUST be management; nice job trying to sell your apts hahaha.
