Deteriorating state of affairs
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 4/21/2003
Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
Badly designed kitchens with not enough counter space & no thought given to storage space in the kitchen regards 1 bedroom apartments.
There seems to be no incentive given to existing tenants on lease renewal with all kinds of incentives - "Winter specials" ,36 inch screen tv?s schemes offered to attract new tenants. In certain cases existing tenants end up paying 300-350$ more than a new tenant for the same sized apartment .
The Rents are very high & inaddition the new management is planning to charge for Heat .
I do not recommend anyone to consider moving into this apartment community given the policies of the new management.
