It seems that a past resident(s) had a bad experience or that he/she was a bad tenant and brought poor service upon themselves. There rent is on par w/ most other places. The property is great, neighbors are nice, and the management has been attentive to any needs.
A past reviewer complained about some neighbors of a different race. I see that there is an even mix here and everyone seems nice and upright. I'm not a bigot, so I am not blinded by some strange rage.
I recommend this property. I'll admit that I was alomost discouraged by some past reviews, but I gave it a chance and it paid off.
Pro's: Gym, Pool, running route.
