If this is the only place you look in marlboro you'll do well. The other complexes in the area are similarly priced and offer less. Garden plots are available.

Last year my rent was $1000/mo (1BR), this year it's $1100. For someone who moved in this year, they'd be paying $1200 for the same apartment. So rent went up 10% for me, but 20% for the new renter.
