Nice place but older kitchens & appliances with communal W&D

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
Older places that are generally pleasant with nice grounds & health club. However noise from club effects buildings 15/16 and Noise from price chooper trucks effects some apartments. Storage nearby not on site. Only one bath in two bdrm apts. Many have older kitchens and appliances and there are no W/D hookups in apts, only one set in basement for each building. No elevators.
Noise comes thru under hallway doors (could be fixed).
