I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The apartments are in real bad shape. The fixtures are old and broken, cabinets, counter tops and carpets have not been changed since the day these apartments were built! We moved into an apartment which had all these problems but were promised that they will be replacing the countertops and cabinets within a year as their renovation program (which is all --------! The current manager just evades the whole topic!) and we needed a place in MA quickly so we accepted the place. But no renovation has happened since that day. The carpets are so worn out you can see the wood underneath in some places! The bathroom vanities and tub are infested with MOLD! If you rent this place, be prepared to use Clorox bleach everyday in the bathroom and kitchen! Its that bad. When you move in they clean it up well, so you dont see the problem for the first week or so. And the office staff keeps changing every six months, we were there for 15 months and the staff had changed 3x in that time, no kidding! And they always hire the most unfriendly staff in the office. Some of the paper work that we turned in like the move-in inspection sheet, was mysteriously lost when we moved out! So they can charge us for absolutely anything they feel like!!! How convenient! I've heard from friends who lived here before that this is common practice and happens all the time. Only thing they do a good job with is the landsacping, the lawns are always mowed in time and they do a good job with the flowers etc. But dont fall for that, you cant live on the lawn, can you' Its just their way of attracting renters.
The locks to the main enterance is always broken so anyone can come and go as they please. The security at the front gate is just a farce. Dont fall for the guarded complex story! Parking is OK in some parts of the complex only.
