I have lived at Royal Crest for over 4 years. Although I have seen somewhat of a decline in the quality of people living here, especially in the last 2 years, it is still a nice place for Marlboro. There are a lot of brazilians, and while I don't like to pre-judge, they seem to be very loud, rude, and their kids run all over the place with no supervision. The manager has been quick to respond to my complaints and concerns, and she usually makes mention of them in her newsletter without mentioning my name. The service department is very quick to respond to my requests although they are few and far between. I asked for a rent reduction and was told no but given a reasonable explanation. All in all, it's a nice place. As long as my job doesn't relocate me out of the Marlboro area, I will stay here.
