The apartment is a good size, nice grounds, the cabinets and bathrooms should be updated. There is a problem with parking and with security ( they let anyone in without a sticker or name of a resident).
The neighbors( in the complex and the rest fo the city) are very rude. If you want to be left alone, this is the place for you.
