I have been living at the Royal Crest in Marlboro, which is run by AIMCO for quite sometime. Apart from incidences of violence including beating of people, vandalism, people climbing up the balconies and other serious security problems, you are looted by the managment itself when you leave. They are very good at making fictitious damages in your apartment and sending you bills. If you dare to ask why' they say they have pictures and if you ask for the pictures they say THE PICTURES ARE NOT CLEAR...ITS A POLAROID CAMERA'''
Come on, who are you fooling'
The manager says she has to trust her staff and would not even send us copies of what she calls "pictures".
Fellows all I can say is to BEWARE.
