Although it is on the pricey side it's worth it. We spend 4 months looking for the best apartment for the best price and found it there. They are really well mantained, grounds are perfectly landscaped. The gym, pool, pool tables, big tv, guest house.. all are great! The apartments are really nice and big. Mine was in a 3rd floor with new appliances whe I moved in. The staff is really helpfull and the service fast and reliable. I loved the "castle" look they have. Closed, guarded comunity.
The best thing: For the 2nd year and up living there you can sign up for a clause in your contract that will allow you to break your lease for certain things like if you buy a house, apt or townhouse or if you moved because you're relocating on a new job. It cost (at that time-2 yrs ago) $200.00 for the clause and $500.00 to break the contract.... hey, it's better than to keep paying the 1300 rent!.
We moved out after a year because we bought a home but they let us extend our contract for an extra month while we closed and moved to the house, paying only the month's rent. It really helped us a lot at the time. We would had stayed if no house was on sight.
Biggest cons: the parking can be difficult depending on which building you live and the gym closes at about 9pm :( Also, the tennis courts filled up really quickly.
