Pricy, Inept Management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
We lived there for one year-they raised the rent some exorbitant amount, and gave us a paltry 1% off for "being a good neighbor." The management was inept-from not knowing that they had a recycling facility office onsite to not knowing what the USPS was to lying to us to get us to sign. Although it had beautiful landscaping (as they watered through the water bans with the wasteful excuse "private wells",) there were other, less expensive apartment complexes in Marlborough which I wish we considered more fully.
