If your are moving into Royal Crest Apts on a six months/one year lease, when time comes for your renewal there will be a Royal increase in the rental prices. The management leaves no chance of negeotion, You will get a blunt answer asking you to agree with the new Royal hike in the rental price or vacate.
Everyone know "moving" is a big pain and they will try to cash on it.
Royal crest apartment environment is no good any more because
1)Security at the gate is available only during night so don't go by the term "gated community"
2)Gym has been updated but most of the evening time( 6 to 8 pm), it is full with people other than living in the complex.
3)There is situation where some intruder broke the glass panes of the front door during Chrismas night.
5)During day light, a person was beaten up to death
6)Somebody even tryed to intimidate my friends wife in Gym when she was alone
7)You can find people drinking beer filled in water bottle while playing pool
8)You can find some apts in which 4 to 5 guys live together who are not on lease.
9)People who want to live peacefully minding their own and have been living for years together are leaving unless there is no choice left.
So, Make sure before you move into these apts.
