Five years ago it used to be alright but after a it was sold to AIMCO they started to lower the new tenants screening allowing questionable people to move in.
Sadly most of the other recent reviews are true.
I am myself from South America and I have to admit I am ashamed of many Brazilians and other latin american people who are low class and respect nothing.
A real shame AIMCO does nothing really useful as long as their customers pay rent.
