I have to say for the amount of money that they charge here to rent, you would think that they would take care of the apartments. ur refrigerator has broken three times, throwing away all of the food and they finally replaced it on the third time. The garbage disposal - this is horrible, when we run the garbage disposal, it come up in the bathroom sink - and it has for over a year and they cant seem to get it right....(WE HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR 1.5 YEARS!!!!!!) But the effort was left there. The ceiling is peiling, bathroom floor tiles have come up numerous times, bad water pressure... Not to mention, their idea of cleaning the carpets took 2.5 minutes. There is always an excuse on why things happen, never a solution. Poor management and poor service. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
