Warning if you rent the lower level apartments: Centipede. Expect to see at least 2-3 centipedes a month in summer and spiders along with small cockroaches and ants (so far). Services is really bad and not handled in timely manner when requesting a maintenance and giving enough details to help them fix the problem. Management needs to really learn people skills (smile would definitely help), they treat you like dirt, even if you smile, dress nice and talk normal. I've complained about my neighbor(s) up stairs about jogging (early in the morning and late at night!) and they haven't done anything for 2 months now, I want to get the hell out of here as soon as possible. I complained about the stove not working right on one side as soon as I rented the place and they thought I was lying and it took 2-3 months to get this fixed after numerous complains (took them 10 mins to fix it!). Rent is too much vs quality vs services vs anything and everything. Can't wait till the lease expires. God I wish these guys go under and god help the people living here (only the good people).
