Eviction notices for slightest reasons is the main problem I have. Once when it was a long weekend and I paid the rent a day late after I came back from a trip they served a legal notice to me.
I have never seen someone serving eviction notices for a days delay. Even mass law states that they cannot do anything for a month after the rent is due. Even after I paid the rent I got another eviction notice. I am just staying because my wife is tired of moving and is not in a mood to pack and move again. Otherwise the community is alright and we have a nice peaceful patio we enjoy.
Parking can be a nightmare based on the building you are in.
They also haggle over giving parking stickers. I sold my car and bought another one and they were asking for 50$ for another sticker inspite of the fact that I had told them upfront that I will be selling my car and getting another one.
THe management is good only if you are planning to move in. Once you move in its Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

I got a new car and they never asked me to pay for a new sticker. I've payed my rent a day or two late due to vacations as recently as this month and never gotten an eviction notice. Something tells me this person has a history of not paying on time... maybe that's why he's had to move so much.

Maybe he's a contractor like almost all the South Asians and has to move often. Why are people so quick to judge?

For @Krissykins315 That was my experience and I shared it with the community. Maybe you are getting good service because of negative public reviews from people like me who spend their time to warn renters and the management against bad service. This site is for giving feedback on the apartment complexes. If you have something(good or bad) to say about the complex then do so. Lets keep you and me out of this :-) BTW When I say I paid late only once by a day I mean I paid late only once by a day(and that too because I was out on vacation due to a long weekend and paid promptly as soon as I came back) And I complained not because it happened this one time. But I got another 4 eviction notices all in spite of paying rent on time through their automated payment system. -anyways Chill!
