Well,
I am staying here for about a year. Here's what i am facing here

1. Very Very bad, inconsiderate management !

2. Sends eviction notices, even when paid on time, due to the incapable management. When questioned, they were rude and not even an apology. When this happenned several times, i had written letter for their mistakes, i got one apology letter.

3. Cockroaches problem.

4. Smelly coridors.

5. very old and bad washing machines/dryers. When complained to the mgmt, they asked me to complain the contracted supplier for the machined and claim no responsibility, though they indeed contracted to put the machines in their property.

6. Noisy place, where there are many illegal, people not on lease living and low class people. Always fire engines, police car sounds all night and some low class people turning their music loud in their car driving in the complex.

7. Not a place for some descent people to live.

8. When my car got totalled in an accident and asked for a new parking sticker for a new car, they wanted $50 for that stupid plastic. I was ready to show the documentation of the donated car as well. VERY VERY Inconsiderate people.

9. They treat tenents are revenue resources rather than resident people to treat with respect.

10. they put a towing threatening notice sticker on the driver's side window (BTW it was a nightmare to get rid of that adhesive sticker, i literally had to get tools to remove the sticker.) on the car though it had a resident permit sticker
