Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
lived there for 2 years. just moved out of state. there are negatives for sure. however, overall, it is a good place to live. the property layout and upkeep is EXCELLENT. great for kids to play.
management is well intentioned although a little misguided.
the eviction notice comment people make is true. stupid policy. stupid process -- they don't realize that the rent has been paid on time, then they send an eviction notice. as stupid as this is, just go to the office and straighten it out.
