I rent a studio from Royal Crest Estates for one and a half years. It was a great experience. The price is very attractive. The management is friendly and thoughtful. I filled out a lot of paper works but it is all worth it. All the terms are very reasonable for both the company and myself. Can't think of anything bad about the place.
