I've just moved out and it's the best thing I've ever done. The management was so bad and rude. The manager can never be found and does not return calls. I actually paid money to be treated like this. I was very happy to first move here. The rent was reasonable, the grounds were beautiful. I had problems from day one. The ---- roaches are disgusting. Not only are they in my apartment they are in the laundry room, crawling in the machines and on the floor. The definitely do not take responsibility for anything and do not care about the renters.

well, if you are in unit 20, there were indeed roaches when we moved out in '06. it would be really bad if they hadn't figured out how to get rid of them in all this time. they originated in the bottom apartment because the guys who lived there traveled for work, and apparently left some food out which allowed the roaches to breed unchecked. having said that, as you say, the price was right and the grounds were really nice.

Yikes, I wasn't in unit 20. I guess they are EVERYWHERE. I kept my apartment spotless.....

Royal Crest is going down... Don't come here if you see nice GYM photos... None of them are not working codition. Treadmill been broke like almost month and waiting for parts... where they getting the parts from ? China ? Very unresponsible managment...

OK I was thinking about taking a look at this complex, but once I saw the word roaches, I was DONE. THANK YOU! Hope you're happy elsewhere :) I'm sure I will be too.
