I just read the review the other poster put up and was a little surprised. I have had a very different experience here. Not only has the apartment been terrific, I moved in and everything was perfect, but the entire staff has been wonderful, including the manager. I was one of the first people to move in to my building last November, and I just renewed my lease for another year. They did increase my rent, but only by about $50. If you include that I'm not getting all the specials I got when I moved in for the next year, the increase would have been a lot more than that, so it is a hit to my wallet but it's worth it.

I've had a couple of small maintenance problems, and they've been very prompt and took care of it on the first visit. Maintenance also helped me put up a new light fixture in my apartment. The only issue I would report is that I have some loud neighbors that have little kids right above me, and I hear a lot of jumping during the day.

Wow, which one of the women who works at the sales office are you? Didn't mind the rent WITHOUT the specials??? Surely you must have a couple $100 to give to every person you meet on the street then. BS review
