From the staff to the apartments - you couldn't ask for a better place to live. Everyone was very helpful and excited to be there. The apartments were beautiful and priced great. I signed a 12 mth lease and am very excited.

3 short positive reviews right during the leasing signing months... No, doesn't seem like fake reviews by management to me.

This review is rediculous. Made by someone after the first night here. No matter where you look, trees, shrubs, grass, you see death. The grounds keepers are killing everything because they DO know what they are doing. MAKING MONEY by spreading mulch as deep as they can in all the wrong places so that plants die and then need replacement by the very people who killed them. Concerns by residents about all the dead plants go unheard or acted upon. There is one dumpster area that has had a broken swing gate for over 3 months- this time. Someone is going to get hurt by a broken enclosure that TOM refuses to pay attention to. He would rather drive his blue pick-up while making cell phone calls than get out of it and take care of the property. This is only part of the story. My advice- look around and move in someplace else!
