Stonegate

I moved in 5 months ago and regret it. There way over priced. Brand new apartments and my ceiling caved in when it rained 4 month after moving due to poor construction. I was givin the run around on when they'd fix it. The manager may seem nice when your here filling out an aplication (ofcouse they are they want your comission$$$$$). I've been lied to by the leasing office.
Your charged a monthly fee to have a pet. Which most places do but they provide pet area's with diposable bags to clean up after your pet. Stonegate did get the eventually but it took a while. I was told they didn't have the funding to place them around the property. They had no problem putting in a basketball court 3 weeks later though.
You'll get a notice on your door every week for something. When it comes to pets, parking, ext. There very quick to repremend their tenant's but when there's an issue you may have, they like to take their sweet **s time!!!!! .
Maybe it's the building i'm in but I highly DO NOT recomend Stonegate Apartments. As I'm writing this review, I can hear my downstairs neighbor yell and her child.
