I would not recommend...

My experience at Stonegate was very pleasant when I first moved in to my newly never before occupied unit. Staff was very friendly, building was quiet, ample parking. I was impressed with the new appliances and the layout however, the honeymoon came to a close.
Workmanship Issues:
The workmanship is not worthy of the expense paid for rent. The carpet tacking on the stairs to the loft was faulty, I actually shed blood a few times from walking barefoot on the stairs and stepping on tacks. The bathtub had permanent grooves and stains from installation. The water pressure is extremely low at least on the third floor. Counter tops are a laminate surface. Toilet lids are a cheap plastic which flexes inward if any weight is put on it. Track lighting in dining area is faulty. Heat does not circulate well throughout unit and electric heater has to be used to supplement one of the bedrooms and closets.
Noise:
Walls seemed like they were pretty soundproof until neighbors bought a dog and overall building occupancy increased. I can hear my neighbors TV every night and children's crys. The worse noise is from the snowplows who make noise all night long. You will know if it snows overnight because if it does you will be awakened by plows which seem like they are in your bedroom.
Pets:
There are way too many animals; too many pet owners who do not clean-up.
Appliances:
Cheap lower end models on all appliances. The dishwasher is only one in name with inadequate water pressure and only one water blade dishes are only rinsed; we handwash dishes and utilize the dishwasher only as storage for dirty dishes. Refridgerator cannot be trusted to not freeze vegetables or hold constant temperature.
Staff:
Office hours end by 6pm on weekdays not much opportunity to run into them if you work late.
Summation:
Living there was great or at least manageable until occupancy increased. I would not recommend moving there at their current market price. It is not a luxury experience.

The carpet tack strips are a problem throughout our Stonegate apartment too, especially on doorway thresholds. You are not the only one who has shed blood on those stupid things. Probably wouldn't be so bad if they didn't use the cheapest/thinest carpet available.
I agree with all your points and soooo much more.
One hint about that so-called dishwasher, if you run the kitchen faucet until the water is at it hottest point, then use the pots & pans setting on the dishwasher, it does a halfway decent job.
Unfortunately, the only thing the management seems to excel at here is their ability to place ???informational flyers??? on your door on a regular basis.
