I wish that I had read some of the reviews for Stonegate before signing the lease. They very attractive "First Month's Rent is Free" is the real killer, because eventually you realize your money is going down the toilet after you've been here for a few months.

First of all, you would think with what people are paying for rent here, that there would be some classy, considerate people. WRONG! Stonegate has a "moderate income housing" program, which allows all kinds of welfare trash into what should be a nice community. I have the most inconsiderate neighbors who think that they are the only ones who live here. That goes for my above neighbor, and across the way in another building. Supposedly there is a 10 PM noise ordinance rule, but nobody really seems to follow it.

Parking is a royal pain, considering I think a lot of people here have more than two cars to park as to why there is never any parking available near my apartment after ten PM.

Granted having a pool and a spa is nice. However, be warned that the parents around here who take their kids into the pool rarely ever have the decency to ask their children to behave and if you're looking for a relaxing night by the pool, think again.

I cannot wait to leave this place. Sure the interior of the apartments are nice, but we had to go out and buy a new shower head to help conserve water while we're waiting for it to heat up and to help with the pressure levels. Nails have actually come out of the wood deck, and you can hear EVERYTHING no matter where you are in this place.
