Stonegate has been fantastic so far. We have lived here 4 months and are incredibly happy. When we first moved in, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed. We reported these items to the rental office and within a day or two each and every small detail on our list was fixed.
Next door is a family with young kids and we never hear them through our shared wall. I wish I could say the same about our neighbors upstairs. When we first moved in we rarely heard our neighbors above. Unfortunately, they moved out and and we are constantly hearing our new neighbors run across the apartment and jump.
Other than the noise from above we have only good things to say about this place and highly recommend it.
