DUMP!!!!!!!! RUN FAST DONT LOOK BACK!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Well, where should we begin.... We selected Windsor Heights supposedly for "A Total Commitment to Better Living" YEAH RIGHT!!!! Trash on Balconies, Speeding, Parking (or lack of), animal waste not picked up, broken glass, smoking incommon areas (not just tobacco). SUBSIDIZED LIVING PREVAILS in this community and their lack of respect for others.
