I have been screwed from the first moment I walked onto the property. Major re-curring problem with flyingants in the kitchen. The management said this was not a problem as everytime we called they came over and gassed the place giving us an opportunity to wash everything we own!!!!
Ceiling in bathroom was also falling down (in large chunks). I had to get a lawyer to get out of the lease but they kept my deposit. Forced me to rent one extra month and then entered my apartment without my being informed to begin repair of the ceiling and exterminate the ants so they would not lose a months rent in transferring tenants.

FYI: A LOT OF SUBSIDIZED TENANTS (great if you like living in thrid world conditions)
