When we first moved in we noticed several issues ranging from Vandalism to loitering to disturbances around our complex. I can honestly say that at first we were skeptical that anything would change. . In the past few months we’ve seen an incredible turn around in the apartments. Residents are realizing that if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. Every apartment complex has their issues but what makes Windsor Heights stand above the rest is the dedication the staff has to ensuring that Windsor Heights is the apartment community of choice.
