Don't get tempted! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I suggest that potential renters do a thorough survey of the area before considering this complex. We have found better options in areas which are located nearer the T - station and are in the thick of activity. Paying exhorbitant rent and staying in a place like Marlborough which is not a happening place, is not our cup of tea. As far as the apartment is concerned on the inside space is a major constraint. Noise travels through the walls. There is severe lack of storage space. It is overpriced. There is no fitness center. There are extra expenses one has to incur for usage of pool and tennis courts. The pool size is not worth mentioning. Moving stuff like furniture or even grocery is a problem because the parking for most apartments are far from the entrance doors. And because of the undulating landscape, often stuff has to be moved up a hill on which the apartment building is and down into the parking lot! The rental office initally had some very dedicated staff who have left or have been replaced by inconsiderate and un-professional personnel. Records are left to memory and documents related to the lease have been misplaced. Recent interactions have not proved to be very easy. Its a real job to have them resolve issues.
