the rental office is friendly! the entire community is very clean.. at all times.. during winter staff takes extra extra care to remove snow. you can see them working even when it is snowing. maintainance staff is very prompt. never had to call up twice. very peaceful place, good neighbours, close to a big shopping plaza.. so you can just walk to price shopper or CVS.
in short, I dont have any complains. I am leaving this place only becoz I am moving out of state. Even during the final inspection of my apartment, the staff was very reasonable.

one thing that might be important... is the location of your apartment within the property. My apt is in a very good spot with a nice view, but if you get an apt. in the rear side, it will be a little dull and not very nice.
no comments about the town houses (3bedrooms) ... they are a different story ... I can only speak for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apts.
