You will regret if you sign a lease here. Horrible/Unfriendly staff. Property manager is caring but is not available all the times. Other staff members are terrible. They seemed very friendly when before I signed the lease AFTER WHICH I AM HAVING A HORRIBLE TIME DEALING WITH THEM. VERY VERY UNFRIENDLY/RUDE OVER THE PHONE.

It stinks in the stairways- no ventilation!! Paper thin walls. It feels like I am next to a waterfalls if my neigbor is taking a shower.

We also have pest issue-Roaches and Centepedes all over the house (even in bedroom)!!! Sincere suggestion- DONT PLAN ON LIVING HERE.
