Are you a Smoker or Pet lover, then this is the apartment you have been looking for.

This place is a hell for all others. Especially, if you have a baby/kid, refrain from moving in to this community.

At present there are 5 dogs in my building including a Pit Bull, people in 8/12 apartments smoke. When you enter the building, it smells like you enter a night club or something. Worst part is, if your neighbor smokes, you can smell the smoke all over your apartment, especially in the bathroom.

Parking regulations were never enforced in this community, you must be lucky to get a parking space in front of your building everyday. Because guests, visitors and passerby take up all the parking space in front of the buildings, all left for you is the guest parking lot.

This building is not maintained very well and lost its standards after the new management took charge last year. Out dated, uncleaned machines in the laundry room amid high laundry charges.

Very few maintenance staff with no better service. One person especially is an expert in making things worse rather than fixing the actual problem.

Staff is ridiculous and helpless.

OH NO!!! Pitbulls attack people and eat babies.

Pitbulls are not inherently dangerous. I don't like the 2 in the building (yes I know which ones you're talking about) but the owner holds them tight so I don't think they're a problem. The main problem with dogs is certain owners who leave their porch open 24/7 and their dog sits on the porch and barks at everyone. I would never let MY dog do that.
