This is the worst place I have ever lived, thank god I moved out. Windows let all the cold air in and all the heat out. Mold and centipedes control the apartment. The new Manager is useless but pretends to be helpful. There are dog messes all over the grounds. You can't even walk to the dumpster without stepping in it. In my building (44) there were about 10 people living in an apartment. They partied all night, parked in the fire lanes, and left there dog on the balcony all winter. When I told management about this nothing was done. Now these people have turned into thieves. When I recieved my security deposit it was $105 short. They claimed our kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. Even though the Bathrooms were getting remodeled after we were out, they will not give me my money. The kitchen was also cleaned thoroughly. We are not their maids and are not required to make the place immaculate for someone else to move into, that is thier job. They are crooks. Do yourself a favor and choose Royal Crest across the street instead of this dump.

Yeah, the new company has done a horrible job here. Where did all the helpful staff go? And the manager suddenly left? She was the only staff here for years, always helpful and cared about the place. Now some guy is the manager and although he appears friendly, he never responds to my calls or requests. He says he'll get back to me and then he never does! What about that maintenance guy? All he does is stand around and point. Maybe they should take a look at the top and start employing people who actually KNOW how to run a complex. They should bulldoze this place and start over. DONT LIVE HERE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT.

While it has MAJOR issues and is a total dump and the company who owns it are scam artists, most of what YOU said is untrue. That's likely because you have never been there you freakin' joke.
