One of the worst places I've ever lived in. Here's my list of problems:
1) Building has no sound proofing. You can hear your neighbors telephones, dogs barking, music, telephones, and conversations. In fact, the mangement actually sent over a newsletter telling people not to "walk around too much, and keep their conversations low to avoid disturbing their neighbors".
2) If you do have a problem with noise regarding a neighbor, be prepared to wait six months or more to get a resolution if the neighbor doesn't stop. They probably won't evict the problem tenant, but move them to another apartment (where they can bother somebody else).
3) The heating (which is free) can be useless if you live near an unheated hallway (some hallways are not heated at all causing serious drafts).
4) The buildings have serious plumbing problems, with water leaks causing the water to be shut off at all times during the year.
5) In desperation to fill apartments, management will rent out to just about anybody. There have been college students having loud parties, and what appears to be an upward trend of Section 8 (welfare) tenants.
Don't be fooled by the landscaping, this place is a dump.
