I moved here sight unseen from West Coast. All I had was the internet photos. I moved in to find water damaged ceiling and walls, 20 year old carpet, broken and loose electrical outlets and phone jacks and MY ROOF LEAKS PROFUSELY WHEN IT RAINS...I LIVE ON THE MIDDLE FLOOR.



The paint is literally slapped on with large drips and the walls are water damaged with paint and rotted wall material flaking off (there is most likely lead in the paint)



The water leaks from the ceiling into the carpet and causes a musty odor and who knows what is growing under the carpet. There are no closet rods for hanging...rather an ancient piece of metal that is much cheaper than a simple wooden rod for hanging.



I don?t know who gave this place a good rating, but for 1240 for a 1 bedroom....there are much better places.

The cable for television is not conveniently located...you can tell it was an afterthought. They are cheap with maintaining anything! I asked to have my second phone jack repaired and I was informed that they were only required to give me 1 functioning jack per household. What is the point of even having the second broken jack...why not just finsh painting over it!
