The size of the apartments are very nice. That's it. The walls are super-thin-seems they forgot insulation when the apts were built. I hear my neighbors on the phone, when they are fighting, when they just walk across the floor and their music--ugh. I thought I was getting a great price on an apartment and they make you pay for every little thing-from pet rent (no deposit-monthly fees) to the pool to the laundry card. And construction hasn't stopped since I've been there.
