Walls are thin. Overall you can hear your neighbor's TV, phone conversations, stereo etc. I've been increadibly lucky with courteous, friendly neighbors. Recommend a stroll on a sunny weekend or on a nice work day afternoon once the kids are home from school to scope out the area of the bldg if you know where you'd end up before you sign the lease. Lots of kids in some bldgs and the parents obviously don't care too much. Play in the parking lot and in the street. Parents yelling at kids from the balcony etc. Some people pick up the mess and some don't. No real issues with dogs barking. Kids screaming and parents yelling are more common than hearing dogs barking. If you have the opportunity when you check out the area, approach the locals and ask their opinion. After speaking to locals in other buildings, realizing I've been extremely lucky with the location of my rental, but there are others that haven't been as fortunate. Parties at night with the cops coming to one building etc. OK management staff. In my opinion poor lighting at night.

They are renting to horrible people now. Problems at the pool loud music, drugs, drunks, police being called. Never like this before. The beautiful place is being ruined by white trash... management does NOT care. Only cares about $ horrible people taking over the pool giving keys to strangers. pool is dirty, loud music, vans, and trampy girls walking around. looks like a drug den now. Fighting filthy language. They should be ashamed that these pigs haven't been evicted... very sad

Dickhurts must be mistaken about the complex he is writing about.The pool at Windsor Meadows is sparkling clean and there are no vans with loud music around here the maintenance super sees to that. I think you are confused and you obviously dont know what you are talking about.Thepool at the Meadows is manned by a lifeguard who is there from opening to closing so it isnt being taken over by anyone MORON
