Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
 

We did look at the new apartments being built here in this area, but the management company here takes really good care of thier buildings and I can not see paying $200- 400 more to live at a brand new property.
When my family and I went looking for apartments, this was the first place that my kids really enjoyed. They have met a lot of friends here.
