Apartments are OK. Great for dog owners since they accept most dogs and there is lots of room for walking and an off-leash dog park 15 minutes from the complex. On the down side, rent is fairly expensive for what you actually get.

Pretty accurate assessment. Great if you have a dog who needs exercise, otherwise you can probably do better. The apartments are run down and NOISY. The "nestled on quiet conservation land" means people who don't live here come at all hours of the day and night to hang out in the woods and on the lake, so if you like having screaming teenagers outside your window at 2 am, if you like not being able to find parking at night, and you don't mind having your car broken into, this is the place for you. We've had several car strippings in the parking lot and management's response was to turn on the lights in the tennis court all night, which only attracts more idiots to play whiffle ball in the tennis court and parking lot at 1 am. Oh, and if you like welfare mothers who send their kids out to panhandle from the neighbors and bring home stinky furniture from the dump, again, this is the place for you.
