I lived in this apartment as a short lease over the summer of 2005 so I cant speak to snow removal or anything that occured over the winter months. During my time there i absolutely loved the place. It was EXTREMEMLY clean, everything smelled fresh, no bad odors. The carpet had a stain or two but nothing I cared about. A very spacious apartment. I had an issue that my sliding door (to my balcony) wouldnt lock and within 48 hours they had managed to order and replace the entire door! One night there was a water leak, these things happen, it turned out the person above me overflowed their bathtub... well I put in an emergency ticket and within 20 minutes there was someone from maintence there to take care of things. They always gave you a letter with advance notice of anything that might need to happen in your apartment (like replacing the air filters) and were very polite. They knew me by name within weeks. I felt it was very safe.

Parking was never an issue, it is true that if you get there after about 4:30 you'll have to walk, but this must be put in perspective. If you get a prime parking space, you walk about 50 feet to the front door, not bad at all. If you get a crappy parking space, the most i ever walked was about 100 feet... the length of a basketball court.

Management does NOT REPLACE anything. The maintenance staff are ordered to fix it even if it's a horrible fix. NO REPLACMENTS are the NORM for The Meadows as of 2007. PERIOD!!!!!!!!
