I have a 3rd floor unit the biggest problem i had was some water damamge to the ceiling from a huge rain storm. they went up top and fixed it ASAP and then painted the ceiling. there are only a few random white-trash families that are partying too loud on the balcony every once in a while, or leave infants crying out there till 11pm. but the office has stepped in to control them.

Dude! It's 2008 and there are more trashy people living here than ever!
Trash on the balconies, unsupervised teenagers drinking and trashing the parking lot and surrounding MDC forest. Then they race through the parking lots all drunk.
