If you're going to live in Marlborough, I think The Meadows is one of the nicest places. I transferred to Marlborough for work and have been here for 6 years, the last three at the Meadows. The location is ok if you like woods, although there is a short cut to the Mass Pike.
The place is beautiful and unlike some other people I think the new management has improved things. They have fixed a lot of things that were wrong and seem to be upgrading a lot of things in the community. I noticed that my neighbor has a new bathroom and I requested one as well. It was done within a week at no cost to me. They are always very nice in the office and take care of any request that I have. I miss Carlos from the old maintenance team, but the new guys seem to know what they're doing.
I take my dog hiking right out back through all the trails and out to the reservoir. My neighbors are great and I've never had a problem with noise (although I am on the top floor). It's still apartment living and I am looking to buy something, but as for now I couldn't find a better option. I lived in some nicer/newer apartments in Marlborough, but they were also much more expensive. As for now I am very happy and plan on staying until I find something to purchase.

i think that the manitanace tech (lucas) is a very hard working guy , very helpfull and cute
