I have to agree with a previous review done 12/2008. There are so many people living here with no cars that they bother you all day and everyday with knocking on your door for rides. You have NO privacy. This place feels like a housing project. You are paying the higher rent and putting up with the annoyances while the people with no cars pay lower rents because they are on Section 8. Not fair. Feels like 70% of the renters are on Section 8 while 30% are normal renters.

Worst Point: There is alot of drug trafficking in this place that you see openly everyday!!!!!!!!!

Some good points are: Rick is the NEW maintenance mgr. and is very nice and doing a good job. He is very professional :-)

Bad points: Most roofs need replacing and they leak like crazy. Most basement apts. flood with either sewage or water but they are trying to get that fixed......we'll see how that goes.
