I would rather live in a box than live at "Heart Break" as the locals call it. Where to start..1) Nick is a slumlord. Since it's a boarding house, he thinks there is no need for improvments. When I was there The bathroom was falling apart(no really, the tub was falling through the floor.) people are up untill 5 am selling drugs, drinking, and playing music louder than the Road House.(the bar nextdoor) Poeple use the hallways as there own trash bins( not to mention a few times there own bathroom.) i'm surprized the building hasn;t been condemed. It's a 4 alarm fire waiting to happen, and when it does, Nick is going to have to explain to 14 familys why his "house" is such a sh@t hole...if you like illegal doings going on in you're home, you;ll have a blast living here...
