My husband and I have lived here for one year. It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A neighbor even took the keys from my husbands car when he left them in and returned to us (not something you see to often these days). Mgmt has always been top notch and responds immediatly to any problems. If you can afford to live here, it's great. Unfortunately I don't think we'll renew due to the high price.
