We have been here for over a year. It is presented as "luxury" apartment, which could not possibly be anywhere near the truth! For starters, it is extremely overpriced, far more than even a mortgage payment for a one or two bedroom apartment. No utilities are included.

Two important things to note of which we have NEVER EVER experienced with any rental in the past: They require THREE months' notice if you decide to leave after holding you to a year. Who knows where they will be in THREE months'
The other even more important note is that if your rental payment is more than ONE day late, they start the eviction process, while they will take their time with repairs that you request! Could not believe they would prefer a vacancy rather than a tenant who keeps an apartment in terrific shape and provides a source of income for a rental company in a bad economy!

The property manager is extremely unpleasant and difficult to deal with. Any time you want something repaired or replaced -- for example an air conditioner over 10 years old that was extremely energy-deficient, and a potential fire hazard, the blame is put on the tenant for an unwillingness to "put up with things as they are."

Safety is also an issue. If an apartment is vacant, of which there are many, the property manager refuses to make sure that the outside lights are left on, leaving many entrances shrouded in darkness, making the potential for a crime to be committed extremely high.
They claimed to put in new fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms; however, the toilets needed to be replaced, continuously running, toilet seats that will not stay up, leaking, etc. They used the cheapest appliances available in the kitchen. The dishwasher has never cleaned the dishes despite repeated requests that something was not right with it, blame placed on the tenant once again.
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
