Management was not really responsive to requests and tenant problems and issues. Maintenance and emergency maintenance was slow and below average. Alot families with kids. Kids running around outside, sometimes in the buildings. If you don?t like kids, I don?t think this is the complex for you. I had the neighbors from hell in the building I was living in. They were the most unfriendly, unpleasant, racist rednecks I?ve ever had the unfortunate luck to live with. Alot of rednecks, not diversed at all. People of color would be out of place. I recommend this complex only if you?re a redneck. You?ll fit right in. The only positive thing I can say is that at the time we lived there, rent was actually below average for a 2 bedroom apt.
